Refund Policy

At Everyday Essentials, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make the return process as easy as possible.

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at everydayessentials.pak@gmail.com to initiate the refund process with valid reason.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing time.

Exceptions:

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item or issue a refund as per your preference.
